In Dagestan built a vineyard for a thousand tons

In Derbent district of Dagestan completed the construction of a modern vineyard. This was reported by the Committee on Viticulture and Regulation of Alcoholic Products of the Republic (Dagvino).

The project was implemented by Agrofirm Tatlyar. The capacity of the facility is 1 thousand tons. The key feature of the storage is the use of controlled gas environment technology. This allows you to significantly extend the shelf life of the crop without losing the quality of grapes.

Construction was carried out at the expense of the company's own funds. Part of the cost of purchasing refrigeration equipment will be reimbursed by Dagvino as part of state support measures.

At present, commissioning works are being carried out at the facility. In the near future, the storage will be ready for the laying of grapes for storage.
