In Ivanovo State University began work a new audience created with the support of Sber

In Ivanovo State University, a new auditorium, created with the support of Sber, began its work. It is equipped with modern computers and is designed for a variety of educational events – from lectures and workshops to business games and meetings with experts. The opening ceremony was attended by the manager of the Ivanovo branch of the Central Russian Bank of Sberbank Evgeny Pavlyuchenko and Vice-Rector of Ivanovo State University Nikita Sorokin.
As part of the event, Sber’s experts held a lecture for students “AI as a second brain: how to learn, work and not forget to think.” It discussed neural networks and tools that facilitate learning and work, as well as how not to lose critical thinking in the context of the development of artificial intelligence. In addition, the bank’s managers answered practical questions regarding youth cards, deposits, savings accounts and other Sber products.
Particularly popular was SberTrak, in which they treated [A1] with cotton candy and handed gifts: T-shirts, shoppers, luggage tags and stickers. The students took part in the games Darts and Crawl of Cheese, as well as in the interactive “Who I Will Be in 2050” from GigaChat. The neural network in a playful form predicted the participants their future profession in 25 years.
Evgeny Pavlyuchenko, manager of the Ivanovo branch of the Central Russian Bank of Sberbank:
“For us, this is a contribution to the environment in which future specialists in the region are growing. A good audience is not only a technique, but also a meeting place: here students will try technology together, argue, participate in business games and communicate with practitioners. I am sure that they will quickly inhabit this space – and we will help fill it with events.”.
Nikita Sorokin, Vice-Rector of Ivanovo State University:
“The renovated learning space is only one of the stages of our joint work with Sber to develop students’ education and unlock their potential. This collaboration shows how university and business can complement each other. I am confident that joint efforts will help to train a new generation of specialists who are ready to meet the challenges of our time and make a significant contribution to the development of the regional economy.”.
