In Kirov, thanks to bailiffs 30 workers received a delayed salary
According to the regional GUFSSP of Russia, the employees of the department managed to achieve the full restoration of labor rights of workers of the industrial organization
In the department of bailiffs in Pervomaysky district of Kirov there were enforcement proceedings on compulsory recovery of unpaid earnings and other mandatory compensations.
The claimants in the case were 30 employees of a commercial enterprise, to which the management accumulated an impressive debt.
To ensure payments, bailiffs-executors carried out a set of measures to search for the property and assets of the debtor organization. In the course of these actions, specialists identified the receivables of counterparties to the enterprise and immediately foreclosed on it.
The measures taken made it possible to fully pay off debts to citizens. The total amount of money transferred to the labor collective amounted to 10.5 million rubles. In addition, for violation of the terms of voluntary settlement, an executive fee of 1.2 million rubles was collected from the debtor.
After the full transfer of funds due and the actual fulfillment of the requirements of the documents, all enforcement proceedings were officially completed.
As a result, the legal rights of employees of a commercial structure to timely payment of labor were fully protected.
