This was reported to journalists by the Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev. According to him, about 4 billion rubles were sent to the regional program.
Kondratiev noted that the implementation of social obligations remains the main priority. He stressed that the authorities want to help orphans make a confident step into adulthood.
Housing is provided under the program “Children of Kuban”, which is supervised by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the region. In 2026, 3.5 billion rubles were allocated from the regional budget for these purposes, about 500 million rubles were received from the federal budget.
The issued apartments are equipped with everything necessary, including household appliances and plumbing, writes TASS.
