NAO plans to build a modular boiler room and reconstruct heat networks

NAO conducts systematic work to attract federal budget funds for the modernization of municipal infrastructure.

The region participates in the federal project “Modernization of municipal infrastructure” of the national project “Infrastructure for life”. Its key task is to update worn-out communal infrastructure facilities and increase the reliability of the provision of utilities to the population.

The talk about the implementation of the project in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2026 was held at a meeting chaired by the Director of the Department of Strategic Projects of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Alexei Bondarev. Representatives of the Department of Construction, Housing, Energy and Transport of the NAO took part in it in the format of videoconference.

In addition, the meeting discussed a preliminary list of facilities in the housing sector, the implementation of which is possible in 2027-2029, subject to the provision of federal support.

The federal project provides for a set of measures to update heat supply, water supply and sanitation facilities in the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the announced plans, the targeted use of attracted funds involves the construction of new boiler houses, the reconstruction of thermal networks and outdoor water conduit networks, as well as capital repairs of drainage networks using modern technologies.

In the NAO until the end of 2028, five activities are planned within the framework of the project:

construction of modular boiler house No. 13 in Naryan-Marsky Forest Plant MU POC and CU;

reconstruction of the external water conduit from VK-53(1) to VK-19A (Lenin-Olennaya);

overhaul of the sewerage system on the street. Vuyuchy from KG-140 to GKNS by sanation method;

overhaul of the sewerage system on the street. Lenin from KK-78A to KNS-1 by rehabilitation method;

reconstruction of heat networks in Horey-Ver p.

Federal support will replace worn-out grids and improve the reliability of heat supply in the region.
