Deputy Governor and Head of the Finance Department Sergey Mikhailov presented the draft law on the district budget. The discussion was attended by deputy governors, heads of authorities, deputies and members of the public.

• income – 24.4 billion rubles;
• expenses – 28.2 billion rubles.
Where income is generated:
More than half of the spending – 58% – will be directed to the social sphere: education, healthcare, social policy, culture and sports. The remaining funds will go to road management, transport, agriculture and fishing, housing and communal services and national issues.
The Governor of the NAO Irina Gekht stressed that the main principle is that the budget should meet the needs of people and ensure the development of the district. Priorities are social obligations, support for SVO participants and families with children, completion of construction and repair of social facilities. It is important that each resident could get acquainted with the project, ask questions and make suggestions.
Important work is ahead: at the end of November, the draft will be considered in the first reading, and the final approval of the budget is planned in December.
