In the Novosibirsk region, the September price decline was 0.1%

One of the factors reducing prices was the cheaper coffee. In the global market, supplies have increased and crop forecasts have improved. Sugar has also become more affordable: products from the new sugar beet crop have begun to enter the market.

Another category in which the cost continued to decline is motor fuel. In September, gasoline and diesel fell in the region. This was facilitated by the increase in fuel supplies and the agreement of market participants to limit trade surcharges.

At the same time, travel abroad cost more. The weakening of the ruble led to an increase in the cost of foreign tourist trips. Despite the increase in costs, the demand for such a holiday among residents of the region remains high.

Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported why the key rate was kept at 14%.
