In Pomorie expanded the action of a single map of the resident: what has changed
In the Arkhangelsk region extended the action of a single map of the resident

In the Arkhangelsk region, the action of a single resident map has been expanded. Kotlas became the first municipality in the region where residents can pay for travel by public transport at a reduced rate using a card. This was reported by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Arkhangelsk region.
From October 1, Kotlas introduced a preferential tariff for transport for residents 65 years and older who have registration in the city. The discount is 10%.
Resident Card is a universal digital service for non-cash payment intended for participants of targeted regional social programs and holders of Mir cards.
In total, more than 4000 residents of Pomerania are registered in the system. To participate, you need to create a personal account on the Map29.RF portal and register a Mir card of any bank. Benefits that are set up and pass through the Resident Card will be offered to connect automatically.
The social project “Unified Map of the Resident of the Arkhangelsk Region” has been implemented by the regional government since September 2025. The operator of the state information system is the Arkhangelsk Telecommunications Center.
