In the Tula region, Wildberries sellers were given access to preferential loans

On September 17, the Government of the Tula Region adopted a resolution that expands the list of priority projects that give small and medium-sized businesses preferential access to borrowed funds from the regional entrepreneurship support fund. Now, the program has been joined by marketplace sellers who lost inventory as a result of drone attacks on the logistics facilities of Wildberries and Ozon.

The resolution adds to the previously valid document of April 29, 2026 No. 228. To the category of recipients of preferential loans from the Microcredit Company "Tula Regional Fund for Support of Small Businesses" were added entrepreneurs who meet two conditions: the presence of a valid contract for the sale of goods on the website on the Internet and the loss of inventory during attacks using drones on logistics facilities of RVB LLC and Internet Solutions LLC.

RVB LLC is a company registered in July 2024 in the Koledino industrial park of the Moscow region, the largest founder of which is Wildberryz LLC (65% of the share). Revenue of RVB LLC in 2025 exceeded 1.2 trillion rubles. LLC "Internet Solutions" is the operating company of the Ozon marketplace, registered in Moscow on Presnenskaya Embankment. According to reports for 2022, revenue amounted to 261.4 billion rubles.

The Regional Small Business Support Fund provides SMEs with preferential loans at reduced interest rates. Until now, certain business areas have been priority projects for financing, and now online sellers who have suffered from drone attacks on marketplace warehouses have been added to them. This will allow sellers who lost the goods to quickly restore stocks and continue trading.
