In the Volgograd region increased production of rubber and plastic products
The region is strengthening its position in this type of production
High indicators in the production of rubber and plastic products allowed the region to take the 3rd place among the subjects of the Southern Federal District. Compared to the same period in 2025, production volumes increased by 7%.
The region makes a significant contribution to the production of individual product groups. During the reporting period, 6,500.3 km of sleeves made of vulcanized rubber were produced - this is 92.6% of the volume of the Southern Federal District and 15.7% of the all-Russian indicator. In the segment of plastic containers (bottles, bottles, bottles and analogues), the output amounted to 259,944 thousand pieces - 11.1% of the volume of the Southern Federal District and 1.3% of the Russian one.
The volume of shipped products and services reached 16.9 billion rubles. The production structure is dominated by plastic products - their share is 57.2%. Rubber products account for 42.8%.
The development of the industry is facilitated by systemic business support from the authorities of the Volgograd region. On behalf of Governor Andrei Bocharov, there are about 100 incentive mechanisms. The Export Support Center is doing a lot of work. He helps enterprises enter international markets, advises on foreign economic activities and assists in obtaining “Made in Russia” certificates.
