According to the head of the region, the hotel with 118 rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant and a spa complex remains rented by Azimut Hotels - the contract is valid from 2021 for 25 years.

Unfortunately, only OOO Hotel Olympic was allowed to the auction. Although the desire to participate in the bidding was expressed by the organization of LLC “City Lights” from Khimki near Moscow.

The hotel was originally called St. George. And was presented by the Moscow City Hall to Yaroslavl on the 1000th anniversary.
