Video broadcasts of the USE and USG will cost the budget of the Tula region in 23 million rubles

PJSC Rostelecom has announced a tender for the implementation of works on the project “Organization of video broadcasts on the EG and USE in the Tula region”. The initial maximum price of the contract is 23.2 million rubles.

The tender is carried out with a restriction - only small and medium-sized businesses can take part. Acceptance of applications is completed in mid-October: according to aggregators, the approximate expiration date is October 13-16. To submit an application, a qualified electronic signature and accreditation at the AHRF site will be required.

As part of the contract, the contractor must ensure the technical readiness of the video surveillance system at examination points throughout the Tula region. Works include installing video cameras in classrooms and corridors, laying secure network infrastructure, connecting to communication channels and providing centralized monitoring with video recording storage. The system is used both at the Unified State Examination and GIA, and on the Unified Voting Day - for the transparency of examination and electoral procedures.

This project has been implemented by Rostelecom in the region for several years, and the amount of the contract is gradually growing. In 2021, the initial price was about 48.9 million rubles, in 2025 - 18.7 million, and this year reached 23.3 million. At the same time, compared to 2025, the growth was about 24%, which is likely due to the expansion of the coverage of examination points and the modernization of equipment.
