The authorities announced the stabilization of the situation with fuel supplies in Dagestan

There is no shortage of fuel in Dagestan, the situation with supplies has been stabilized. This was stated by the Chairman of the Government of the Republic Magomed Ramazanov.

In June and August, Dagestan faced an acute shortage of fuel. One of the reasons was the delay in the shipment of previously paid oil products and the reduction in supply volumes. An additional impact had the growth of demand for liquefied gas against the background of a significant rise in gasoline prices.

According to Ramazanov, the fuel market of the republic today almost completely depends on supplies from other regions. Therefore, it is necessary to continue work to ensure its sustainability.

To strengthen control, daily transmission of data on the operation of filling stations to the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Ministry of Energy of Russia was organized. Regular reporting is provided by about three hundred filling stations.

The authorities are also considering concluding agreements with independent operators to stabilize fuel prices. The Prime Minister stressed that the task is to prevent a repeat of the situation with the deficit, ensure uninterrupted fuel supplies to the republic and strengthen control over the price situation.
