Volgograd parliamentarians discussed the forecast plan of privatization of property

The forecast plan for the privatization of regional property for the next year was discussed in the Volgograd regional Duma. The draft law was submitted to the Committee on Economic Policy, Tourism, Investment, Entrepreneurship, Property and Land Relations, a meeting of which was held by its Chairman Larisa Gordienko.

The plan for 2027 includes a list of real estate (the objects are in Volgograd, Kamyshin and Uryupinsk), as well as a list of cars. Revenues to the regional treasury from their sale are estimated at 9.5 million rubles. Next year, only property is sold: GUPs, shares of joint-stock companies and shares in the authorized capital of LLC were not included in the privatization plan.

“The implementation of the privatization program will optimize the structure of state property, as well as replenish the revenue part of the regional budget,” Larisa Gordienko said.

The main task of the privatization policy is unchanged – to make the management of regional property and the economy of the region more efficient.

Work on the bill together with the relevant committee was led by deputies Samvel Avetisyan, Alexey Loginov, Alexander Kuzmin, Andrei Taev, Denis Uskov, Alexander Chechurov and Ruslan Sharifov. As a result, the committee unanimously recommended that the Volgograd Regional Duma approve the document.
