Voronezh Prosecutor’s office revealed a violation in the implementation of state contracts for the supply of medicines

The Prosecutor’s office of the Voronezh region checked the implementation of legislation on the contract system in the field of procurement.

The supervisory authority systematically monitors compliance with legislation in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs. During verification activities in the regional Ministry of Health, joint-stock company "Voronezh Industrial Corporation" and the administration of the Semiluk municipal district, facts of improper execution of state contracts related to the supply of medicines, as well as construction and repair work were found.

It turned out that the authorized employees of customers did not take the necessary measures to file claims against suppliers and contractors who violated the terms of the concluded agreements.

In connection with the revealed violations against the guilty officials, administrative proceedings were initiated under the article “No application of measures of responsibility to the supplier / contractor / performer in case of violation of the terms of the contract” (Part 6 of Article 7.30.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). The materials were transferred to supervisory authorities for their further consideration.

The fulfillment of contractual obligations and the process of considering administrative cases remain under the special attention of the regional prosecutor's office.
