Voronezh group “Development” has another project in the Crimea

GC "Development" will build in the village of Massandra in the Crimea an apart-complex "Stella Del Maris" with a total area of almost 7000 square meters. About this “Vedomosti” told the representative of the company itself. Information about this project is also published on the website of the Unified Housing Information System (UIHS). It follows that it is planned to put this facility into operation by 2031. Investments in it will amount to 1.2 billion rubles, according to “Development”. The complex in addition to the residential part will include a restaurant, spa and fitness areas, a swimming pool and coworking.
