FGC is again looking for an investor in Mari shopping center in Maryina
The Auction House of the Russian Federation will put up for sale the Mari shopping and entertainment complex owned by FGC, located on Porechnaya Street in Maryin in the southeast of Moscow. This was reported by the representative of this organization. According to him, the initial cost of the lot will be 3.5 billion rubles, bidding will be held on November 10. This facility with a total area of 88,500 square meters. m. opened in 2015, it is part of a multifunctional center of 135,000 square meters. m. Mari’s website says it now has about 160 stores and businesses, including Children’s World, Sportsmaster and M.Video. The representative of FGC said that the operation of retail real estate is a non-core activity for the company. According to him, the decision to sell the asset is due to the group’s concentration on the main business area – construction.
