Developers until 2030 can launch residential projects in Moscow for 13 million square meters
Residential developers of old Moscow can bring 234 land plots with a total area of 1,466 hectares to the market by 2030, according to a study by consulting company Ricci. It estimates the total potential of these territories at 13.1 million square meters, which is only slightly higher than the current figures for the already started facilities (12.4 million square meters), said Olesya Dzyuba, director of the department of analytics and market research.
