16-year-old russian planned mass murder of schoolchildren by other hands

In the Perm region completed the investigation of the criminal case against a 16-year-old resident of Pskov, accused of attempted murder. This is reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the region.

According to the case materials, in February 2026, a girl who supports the ideas of a destructive youth movement decided to commit a mass murder of students of educational institutions. To do this, she used a person under the age of criminal responsibility.

In the messenger Telegram, she entered into a dialogue with a 13-year-old resident of the city of Alexandrovsk and began to give him instructions to commit a crime. Being under the influence of the accused, the teenager on February 19, 2026 stabbed his classmate on the territory of the educational institution.

The victim was hospitalized, but thanks to timely medical care, his life was saved.

The identity of the girl was established by investigators of the Investigative Committee in cooperation with the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. She was detained in Pskov and taken into custody.

The criminal case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. The case against a 13-year-old teenager was dismissed due to his failure to reach the age of criminal responsibility; by a court decision, he was placed in a closed specialized educational institution.

The investigation of criminal cases initiated on the fact of the incident at the school on articles of negligence, provision of services that do not meet security requirements, as well as fraud, continues.
