19-year-old russian died during training in the pool

In the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria there was a fatal incident in the swimming complex "Malika". During the training, a 19-year-old local resident died. The information was distributed by the telegram channel Mash Gor; official confirmation is not yet available.

A relative of the deceased claims that the staff of the complex for a long time did not react to the fact that the young man was in the water without movement. She estimated it was about six minutes before she noticed it. She also pointed out that the young man was engaged in swimming from an early age.

According to the mother, a week before the incident, the son underwent a medical check, and the doctors found no restrictions for classes. The woman said that the doctors were called with delay, and in the complex, according to her, there were no employees responsible for water safety.

The Maliki administration declined to comment. The circumstances of the death and actions of the staff are to be clarified by law enforcement officers; other details have not yet been disclosed.
