A 22-year-old resident of Pskov, known among traffic police as a lover of high speeds, was forced to repay a debt of 55,550 rubles after coercive measures by bailiffs. Bailiffs sent inquiries to banks and found out that the girl has accounts and a second car. A bank account arrest order was issued against her. Caught in a situation of complete financial collapse - with blocked cards and the threat of loss of transport - the girl personally came to the reception to the bailiff and asked for a receipt for payment.
