During the inspection, the man seized a moonshine apparatus and 1.5 liters of products, which was sent for study.

Now a criminal case has been opened under Art. 171.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The punishment under article is a fine from 50 to 80 thousand rubles or in the amount of salary or other income of the convicted person for a period of three to six months or correctional work for a period of up to one year.
