As it became known to “Kommersant”, the Meshchansky district court on September 16 arrested the head of the FKU “Center for Economic and Service Services” (TSHSO) of the MIA of the Moscow region Gennady Peshkov. The security forces are accused of stealing gasoline for service cars. Earlier in this case, the former head of the TsKHSO and two other rearers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were sent into custody.
The case also involves the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Moscow region - the head of the rear, Major-General Sergey Malkov, the former head of the Central Department of the Moscow Interior Ministry, Colonel Alexei Suyarov and the head of one of the departments of the center, Lieutenant Colonel Anna Levina. In addition, four top managers of Eurotrans were sent into custody: General Director Oleg Alekseenkova, his deputies Sergey Alekseenkova and Nikolai Doroshenko, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Igor Martyshov.
According to the investigation, Mr. Malkov supplied Eurotrans with gasoline intended for police cars. At the expense of service fuel, the company made up for the shortage of gasoline at its Trassa gas stations. At the same time, the police did not have enough fuel to refuel the cars.
The damage in the case is estimated at 600 million rubles. With the case of embezzlement, cases of especially large-scale fraud and theft of Ak Bars Bank funds were combined into one proceeding. According to Kommersant, the security forces are also checking the version that other state structures could also supply fuel to the Truce for kickbacks.
