The creator of the children’s development center “Katyusha” Igor Kozyakov asked to exclude the requirements of boxer Konstantin Ju to recover from him 11 million rubles. in the bankruptcy case.

“The Moscow Arbitration Court has scheduled a meeting on this issue for October 5,” Koziakov’s lawyer Olga Karlova told Kommersant. According to her, the debtor does not agree with the amount claimed.

“We believe that when collecting it, the court should take into account the pandemic, the moratorium on the recovery of interest and penalties from children’s educational institutions and usurious interest of the borrower, as well as the unfair behavior of the borrower who did not take into account the services rendered to him in the amount of debt,” the lawyer said.

Konstantin Ju in 2018-2019 lent Mr. Kozyakov, whose kindergarten in Moscow went to his younger children, a total of 7 million rubles. — first 5 million rubles. at 34% per annum, and then 2 million rubles. at the same percentage, but monthly. The creator of the children's center could not pay.

In 2022, Mr. Ju sued Kozyakov in the Lefortovo court of Moscow, recovering 13.4 million rubles from the opponent - the balance of the principal debt, unpaid interest, as well as interest for the use of other people's money. In response, Mr. Kozyakov in 2023 achieved a court decision to pay the athlete his legal entity - LLC "IK-Concern" - 2.162 million rubles for the use of his children services center. In April this year, at the request of Mr. Ju, the Arbitration Court of Moscow declared Mr. Kozyakov and his organization bankrupt.

In 2025, at the request of Konstantin Ju, the police opened a criminal fraud case against Kozyakov. The entrepreneur denies guilt and believes that his relationship with the applicant is of a civil nature, which is confirmed by the court decisions. The defense requested that the case be dismissed.

In August, Mr. Kozyakov filed a lawsuit in the Lefortovo court of the capital to Konstantin Ju for almost 7.5 million rubles, in which he asks to recover the cost of care for the two young children of the boxer. The lawsuit will be discussed on September 24. Mr. Ju himself does not comment on the situation.
