Three people, including two children, died of poisoning in the Saratov region. Another child has been hospitalized. A criminal case was opened on causing death by negligence, the regional TFR reported.
The incident occurred on Communist Street in the city of Kalininsk. A 50-year-old woman and children aged 8 and 10 were killed. According to preliminary data, the cause of death could be food poisoning.
The condition of the surviving child is assessed as medium severity. The sanitary aviation board will take him to one of the hospitals of Saratov, the regional Ministry of Health told TASS.
