A search at the construction site of the Wildberries logistics center in Almaty was carried out due to a dispute between the contractor and the subcontractor of the facility. The proceedings are not related to the activities of the company and will not affect the construction of the project. This was reported by TASS in the press service of the marketplace in Kazakhstan.

Law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan opened a criminal case on the fact of the conflict, after which the facility conducted an inspection and sealed the equipment. After the investor’s appeal, the local Prosecutor’s Office intervened in the conflict between the contractors. The supervisory authority did not find a crime and the case was dismissed. In respect of officials who allowed illegal criminal prosecution and pressure on business, initiated the bringing to disciplinary responsibility.
