Against the blogger-foreign agent Shpak opened a new criminal case // TFR opened a case on calls to terrorism against the blogger-foreign agent Shpak

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against blogger Alexander Shpak (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent). He is suspected of public calls for terrorist activities. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow GU TFR.

According to the agency, the blogger administered the Telegram channel and published a video in it for an unlimited number of people. Analysis of the video showed that it contains “signs of calls for terrorist activities on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as propaganda and justification of terrorism.” Mr. Shpak (foreign agent) will be charged in absentia under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code. The article provides for a sentence of up to seven years' imprisonment.

The Moscow Basmanny Court in 2024 also found the blogger guilty of spreading false information about the Russian army. He was sentenced to eight years in prison in absentia and banned from administering Internet resources for four years after his release. The blogger was wanted.

Alexander Shpak (foreign agent) is a blogger and bodybuilder, has repeatedly participated in Russian television shows, talked about his plastic surgery. After the beginning of the SVO in Ukraine left the country and moved to Turkey, then to Montenegro.
