Blogger of the Celestial Empire was given three years in prison in the case of pedophilia

The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg found blogger Alexei Podnebesny guilty of intimate relations and debauchery with a minor. He was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony, the press service of the city courts reported. On charges of indecent assault, the defendant was released from serving his sentence due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

The episodes in the file date back to August 2024. As the court found, on August 2 and 3, the blogger committed debauchery against a girl under the age of sixteen. In addition, he had sexual intercourse with her twice. The press service noted that by his actions, the defendant violated the "normal sexual, mental and moral development" of the victim.

Alexey Podnebesny did not plead guilty. He admitted to having a relationship with the girl, but, he said, the teenager had deceived him about his age. The state prosecution during the debate requested seven years of imprisonment for the blogger.

Alexey Podnebesny is a Nizhny Novgorod public activist, blogger and one of the representatives of the Incel movement. The latter are usually called men who consider themselves unable to find a romantic or sexual partner.
