According to the investigation, the deputy, together with a group of accomplices, in the period from 2017 to 2025, organized the theft of more than 1.8 billion rubles. during the execution of contracts for road repairs, as well as during the construction of a memorial park in Sevastopol.
Law enforcement agencies became aware that a group of attackers, which included senior employees of the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Krasnodar Territory, fully controlled the process of selecting contractors under state contracts, allowing only trusted companies to bid. For this purpose, the capabilities of the industry association “Union of Road Workers of Kuban” were used. The price of the contract was artificially inflated, the surplus funds were withdrawn to controlled companies and stolen.
Earlier, the defendants in the case were the former Minister of Transport and Road Services of the Krasnodar Territory Alexei Pereverzev, his deputies, leaders of the Union of Road Workers of the Kuban. Also accused are Milana and Eldar Doroshenko, the children of Andrei Doroshenko, who ran his business during the period of his duties as a State Duma deputy.
