In Tambov detained a suspect in the preparation of a terrorist attack

The detainee is a Russian citizen born in 1971, other details about his identity are not given. According to the FSB, the man through Telegram established contact with the representative of the special services of Ukraine. In preparation for the terrorist attack, the Russian conducted reconnaissance of the territory adjacent to the defense enterprise, and also requested an explosive or a mine to make an improvised explosive device.
By court order, the man was put under arrest. The investigation checks whether it is possible to qualify his actions as treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code), as well as to identify other “episodes of illegal activity”.
