The case is related to supply control of JSC All-Russian Research Design and Technological Institute of Electrical Machinery (VNITI EM). The Institute supplied the representative office of the management system from 2013 to 2023, more than 20 contracts were concluded with the enterprise.
As the investigation established, in 2014-2020, the general director of VNITI EM Sergey Turusov gave a bribe in the amount of more than 5.5 million rubles. Menshikov for patronage in the performance of work. Initially, investigators believed that the amount of the bribe exceeded 7.5 million rubles.
