The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow sent the director of the Patriot Park, the former governor of the Kirov region Igor Vasiliev, under house arrest for two months in the case of receiving a bribe in an especially large amount (part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code). He is suspected of receiving bribes in the amount of 80 million rubles.
Igor Vasiliev was detained on October 5. The investigation believes that he received the funds from the head and founder of the Hermes company, Yevgeny Mariev, as a percentage of the payment for works under the state contract concluded in December 2025.
Hermes carried out comprehensive engineering, technical and sanitary maintenance of buildings, structures, premises and adjacent territories of the Patriot Park in the Odintsovo city district of the Moscow region, as well as a branch in Kronstadt. The amount of the contract amounted to more than 1.4 million rubles.
Yevgeny Mariev was also sent under house arrest on charges of bribery on an especially large scale (part 5 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code). In addition, the court sent into custody two deputies Igor Vasiliev — Sergey Fedosov and Alexei Pavlyukov. They are charged with fraud (part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code) and bribery (part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code), respectively.
More specifically, in the material “Kommersant” there were enough kickbacks for everyone.
