Alushtinets paid a fine of 100 thousand rubles to avoid imprisonment
Bailiffs detained in the Simferopol district court a man who brought for certification a copy of a fake court decision
A resident of Alushta, convicted of fraud and money laundering, fully paid a criminal fine of 100 thousand rubles to avoid imprisonment. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
The court found the man guilty of fraud on an especially large scale, illegal circulation of means of payment and legalization of funds received by criminal means. He received 2.6 years of probation and a fine of 100 thousand rubles. The man did not pay, so the bailiff-executor of the bailiffs department in Alushta initiated enforcement proceedings.
The bailiff arrested the bank accounts of the debtor and temporarily limited his travel abroad, but the money did not arrive. Then the bailiff came to the Alushtin resident's home and warned him that he would apply to the court with a proposal to replace the fine with a more severe punishment associated with imprisonment.
Realizing the seriousness of the situation, the debtor paid the fine in full as soon as possible. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
