Astrakhanka accused of stealing money from the accounts of a friend
A minor resident of the Astrakhan region will appear before the court
According to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Astrakhan region, the investigation of the criminal case of theft of money from a bank account has been completed in the region.
As specified in the Kamyzyak Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Astrakhan region, the defendant in the case is charged under paragraph “g” of part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed from a bank account).
During the investigation, it was established that from 26 to 30 June 2026, the girl, being in the village of Volodarskoye, gained access to the bank accounts of her friend and secretly stole money belonging to him. The amount of damage exceeded 240 thousand rubles.
The investigation has gathered a sufficient evidence base. The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
