Bastrykin put on control the situation with the beating of a child in Rubtsovsk
The Investigative Committee initiated an inspection after reports that in Rubtsovsk two teenagers attacked a young child and beat. In addition, the history drew the attention of the Chairman of the IC of Russia Alexander Bastrykin. Apparently, we are talking about a recent case described in the channel “Bloggersha Rubtsovsk”. The publication noted that teenagers who attacked the child had previously been seen in a similar case.
According to the SU IC of the Russian Federation in the Altai Territory, on the eve of social media there was information that in Rubtsovsk two teenagers attacked a young boy and beat him. The publication noted that this is not the first such case of committing illegal actions by this group of teenagers.
Apparently, we are talking about a recent case described in the channel “Bloggersha Rubtsovsk”. The publication noted that the 13-year-old boy allegedly “tied up” two teenagers with a fighting dog. At the same time, the young people allegedly tried to incite the dog on the schoolboy, and then beat him.
According to reports in social networks, the investigative bodies of the SU IC of the Russian Federation in the Altai Territory launched a check on the signs of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).
Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Altai Territory Igor Kolesnichenko to submit a report on the progress of the inspection and the established circumstances.
