More than 20 illegal migrants detained on construction site in Krasnodar

During the operation "Illegal-2026" law enforcement officers checked the construction site on the street Western bypass in Krasnodar. The inspection revealed 21 foreigners who violated migration legislation: among them 19 citizens of Uzbekistan and 2 citizens of Armenia.

Violations were different, so the measures were taken differently. 18 foreigners were prosecuted for illegal labor activity, each of whom received a fine. In relation to 10 newcomers, protocols were drawn up for violating the regime of stay in Russia.

Now employees of the department check employers who illegally involved foreigners at the construction site. Entrepreneurs face serious sanctions: fines in the amount of 250 to 800 thousand rubles. In addition, the actions of employers see signs of a crime under article 322.1 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation — the issue of initiating a criminal case is under consideration, the press service of the Ministry of internal Affairs in the Krasnodar region.
