More than three thousand times on Lipetsk roads violated the rules

Auto inspectors recorded 3,319 violations of traffic rules in the Lipetsk region. Such figures for the past day, October 7, leads the traffic Inspectorate of the region.

Three drivers got behind the wheel in a state of intoxication. For this they were brought to administrative responsibility. The same penalty was imposed on 51 people who did not wear seat belts.

Thanks to automatic video recording systems, it was possible to record 3,012 cases when drivers decided – for unknown reasons – to exceed the speed allowed by the rules, go to the oncoming lane, drive at a red traffic light, use the phone when driving. Another 143 violations were detected using mobile complexes on patrol transport.
