Center “Left Bank” could leave children without showers at the gym

Interregional Department of Rospotrebnadzor in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region announced a warning to the House of children's creativity "Levoberezhny" in the Nevsky district. According to the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the department has information about possible violations of mandatory sanitary requirements.

Rospotrebnadzor pointed to the requirements for the gym: it must have locker rooms for boys and girls, shell, toilets with an area of at least 8 square meters and showers - at least 12 square meters.

In addition, the Ministry recalled the requirements for classrooms: they must be provided with left-hand natural light. In the classroom magazines should be decorated health sheet with data on growth, health group, medical group for physical education and the required size of furniture.

The warning also states that when temporarily placed in a adapted building during repair or construction, the institution is obliged to provide a minimum set of premises, including classes, bathrooms and a place for food.
