57 town-planning documents prepared for Kherson region
Since 2023, the Unified Institute of Spatial Planning of the Russian Federation has developed 57 town-planning and related documents for the integrated development of the Kherson region

Since 2023, the Unified Institute of Spatial Planning of the Russian Federation has developed 57 town-planning and related documents for the integrated development of the Kherson region. This was reported by the regional government.
So far, the master plan and 18 territorial planning projects have been approved. They serve as the basis for further development and infrastructure development.
The prepared package includes a scheme of territorial planning of the region, 15 master plans, 34 territorial planning projects and five architectural and urban planning concepts.
Master plans for the region and the Genetic Agglomeration have also been developed. A comprehensive territorial scheme of tourism development has been prepared separately for the tourism industry.
The plans for 2026 include the development of nine master plans for reference settlements. The list includes the cities of Kakhovka, Novaya Kakhovka and Aleshki, as well as urban-type settlements Nizhny Serogosa, Upper Rogachik, Gornostaevka, Novotroitskoe, Great Lepetiha and Ivanovka.
