Two regular buses collided today in the Novolyalinsky district of the Sverdlovsk region. The accident happened at about 03:45 on the 275th kilometer of the Yekaterinburg – Nizhny Tagil – Serov highway. This is reported by the press service of the Department of traffic inspection GU MIA of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region.
According to the preliminary version, the driver of the Yutong bus, which was traveling from Karpinsk towards Yekaterinburg, could not withstand a safe distance. In the roadworks area, he crashed into a Ford Transit bus, which stopped in front of a traffic light at a forbidding signal.
As a result of the accident, passengers of the Ford Transit bus were injured. The doctors examined five people and provided them with the necessary assistance. The victims were taken to the Central district hospital Serov, their condition is specified.
Now at the scene of the incident are employees of the traffic police. They find out all the details of the accident: interview participants and witnesses. To ensure safety at the site, a detour is organized, measures are being taken to normalize traffic.
Following the audit, a procedural decision will be made.
On September 21, a fatal accident occurred at the 101st kilometer of the Yekaterinburg-Shadrinsk-Kurgan highway, near Kamensk-Uralsky. According to preliminary data, the driver of the Lada Largus car went to the oncoming lane, where there was a collision with a PAZ bus, which was traveling as part of a convoy to Omsk. Passenger transport was thrown on a DAF truck, which was traveling in a passing direction.
