In Novy Urengoy there was an accident involving VAZ and KAMAZ. As a result of the accident, two people from a passenger car were injured, the press service of the GU EMERCOM of Russia in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reported.

The accident occurred on the night of October 9 at the intersection of Gubkin Avenue and V.Y. Rooster Street. The driver of the VAZ drove from the secondary road to the intersection with circular traffic and did not miss KAMAZ, as a result of which the cars collided.

The victim born in 2008 was hospitalized in the Novourengoysk CGB, and the second, born in 2005, was prescribed outpatient treatment, follows from the daily summary of the GU EMERCOM of Russia in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. At the same time, the district police department reports only one victim.

Since the beginning of the year, 2605 accidents have been registered on the roads of Yamal. They killed 15 people, 240 were injured, including 42 children.

In Muravlenko, a cyclist born in 1972 was injured in an accident with a car. The accident happened on Lenin Street.
