Two teenagers will answer in court for the brutal beating of a man in Novoaltaisk
In Novoaltaisk, two teenagers who brutally beat a local resident near a shopping center will be tried. This is reported by the press service of the SU IC of the Russian Federation in the Altai Territory.
According to the investigation, at night in may 2026 at one of the shopping centers of Novoaltaisk between two teenagers 16 and 17 years old on the one hand and an unfamiliar man on the other there was a conflict. During the skirmish, friends began to beat the man - they struck the head and body of the opponent.
On the fact of the incident, investigators of the regional Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under paragraph "a" of part 3 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate infliction of serious harm to health, dangerous to human life, committed by a group of persons).
In October, law enforcement officers completed the investigation. The criminal case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. In addition, during the preliminary investigation, the investigator sent submissions to the bodies of the prevention system to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the crime by minors.
