Two men guarded the Russian woman at home and stole a large sum of money

In St. Petersburg, the court sent into custody two men accused of a major robbery. This is reported by the joint press service of the city courts.

According to the investigation, the defendants planned the crime in advance, finding out where the victim is and how the victim looks. On the afternoon of October 3, at the house on Civic Prospect, one of the defendants punched the victim in the shoulder to make it impossible to resist, and stole more than 3.1 million rubles that belonged to another person. The attacker then fled.

The suspects were arrested on October 5 and charged. In court, the defendant in the case asked to choose a milder measure of restraint, but the investigator insisted on arrest.

The petition states that the man had previously been convicted, officially does not work anywhere and is registered in a remote region of Russia, where he has not lived for a long time.

The detainees will remain under arrest until December 4.
