In the Mgli district of the Bryansk region, two local residents will appear in court on charges of stealing more than 22 thousand rubles from the bank account of the deceased man. The indictment was approved by the district prosecutor's office.
According to the investigation, in April 2026, a 35-year-old woman took possession of the bank card of her deceased partner and paid it for alcohol. She later handed the card to her mother's roommate, who also used it to shop in the area's stores.
In total, more than 22 thousand rubles were stolen from the account. The actions of both defendants qualify as theft from a bank account. The criminal case was sent to the Mglinsky District Court.
