Two 18-year-olds of Chelyabinsk were sentenced for attacking a man in a store

The incident happened in April 2026 in one of the shops on Tukhachevsky Street in Chelyabinsk, details were shared in the prosecutor's office of the Chelyabinsk region.

At night, two guys born in 2008 were in the institution and one of them, who at that time was 17 years old, was obscene and violated public order. He was told by a 52-year-old man. After that, the younger friend pointed at the citizen something like a gun with threats, and the second threw an object at the victim, then also struck the head. The boys then fled the scene of the crime.

In court, the defendants compensated the 53-year-old victim for moral damage - 200 thousand rubles. Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court sentenced one guilty person to 2 years 6 months of imprisonment in an educational colony, the second to 3 years 1 month in a general regime correctional colony.
