The spectacular trip failed: a BMW passenger filmed a video from the hatch, and the driver was fined

In Minsk, traffic police officers brought to justice a 36-year-old foreign citizen for violating the rules of transportation of passengers. Information about the violation came through the chatbot of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “We are always near!”, reports the UGAI GUVD of the Minsk City Executive Committee, writes sb.by.

The message was about a BMW car. During the proceedings, it turned out that a foreigner driving a rental car was moving along Dzerzhinsky Avenue and carrying a passenger not wearing a seat belt. At the same time, during the movement, she leaned out of the hatch and filmed on the phone.

For violation, the driver is brought to legal responsibility.

The traffic police reminds: the driver must be fastened and not carry passengers with unfastened seat belts when driving in a vehicle equipped with belts.

The police stressed that no fact of violation of the law will not be ignored, and the internal affairs bodies have enough strength and means to identify violations and bring the perpetrators to justice.
