The former head of the Bryukhovetsky district will pay a million for the illegal dismissal of his deputy
Former head of the Bryukhovetsky district Sergey Ganzha ordered to reimburse the budget more than 1 million rubles

The former head of the Bryukhovetsky district Sergey Ganzha was ordered to reimburse the budget for more than 1 million rubles.
The Krasnodar regional court supported the decision of the lower court: from the former head of the Bryukhovetsky district Sergey Ganzhi will recover more than 1 million rubles in compensation for damages caused to the local budget.
The court found that Ganzha unlawfully fired his deputy in February 2025. At the time of termination of the employment contract, the employee was on sick leave, which means that the dismissal violated the norms of labor legislation. Later, the court reinstated the official at work and ordered the administration to compensate him for forced absenteeism in the amount of 1,062,974.38 rubles, as well as pay 5,000 rubles as compensation for moral damage. The money was transferred from municipal funds.
The judicial panel concluded that the damage to the budget is directly related to the actions of Sergey Ganzhi: as the head of the municipality, he was obliged to know the requirements of the law and understand the consequences of their violation. As a result, 1,063,974.38 rubles were recovered from the former head in favor of the budget of the Bryukhovetsky district.
In addition, the court seized the property of the defendant within the amount of recovery, and also decided to recover from him a state fee of 25,640 rubles. The decision has entered into legal force, according to the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory.
