Fictitious residence permit in Lokna: unemployed Pskov woman registered five people and now faces a criminal sentence
In the village of Loknya opened a criminal case against 44-year-old unemployed resident of Bezhanitsky district

In the village of Loknya, a criminal case was opened against a 44-year-old unemployed resident of the Bezhanitsky district. According to the investigation, the woman issued a fictitious registration to five citizens in her household. It turned out that these people actually never lived there.
The police note that such cases of “rubber” residence permits in the region, unfortunately, are not uncommon. Law enforcement officers warn that the desire to earn extra money or help those familiar with documents can turn into serious problems.
For fictitious migration registration (Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) provides an impressive fine - from 100 to 500 thousand rubles. The alternative could be forced labour or actual imprisonment for up to three years, possibly with a ban on certain positions.
