Director General of Stavropol agrofirm will be convicted in the case of fraud for 922 million rubles

The Prosecutor’s office of the Stavropol region sent to court a criminal case against a 46-year-old resident of Stavropol. He is accused of fraud using official position on an especially large scale and embezzlement on an especially large scale.

According to the investigation, the general director of the agricultural company from June 2024 to September 2025 concluded transactions for the purchase and sale, storage, processing and supply of agricultural products with companies and entrepreneurs from the Stavropol and Krasnodar regions, Volgograd and Zaporizhzhia regions. He did not intend to fulfill his obligations, but disposed of some of the money and products received at his discretion.

In addition, from September 2024 to September 2025, the man received loans on behalf of the agricultural company, which he did not plan to repay. For the appearance of fulfillment of obligations, he made several first payments.

Damage to business entities in four regions exceeded 694 million rubles, banks – 122 million rubles. Also, from September to October 2025, the accused sold grain and technical crops not belonging to the enterprise, transferred for storage, for the amount of about 106 million rubles.

The criminal case was sent to the Ust-Labinsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory.
