Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed to check the information about the appeal of a resident of Krasnodar, published in social networks. This is reported in the official telegram channel of the Ministry.

The woman claimed a violation of the rights of her daughter, who, according to her mother, was unreasonably deprived of the status of a “disabled child”, as well as the corresponding social benefits and rehabilitation.

In connection with the publication by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory, a procedural inspection was organized.

The head of the department set the task of the acting head of the regional SU to submit a report on the progress of the inspection and the results of consideration of the applicant’s arguments.
